Jenny and Tristan are tying the knot is just under two weeks at the beautiful Hardy Farm in Fryeburg, Maine. We met up last summer to take their engagement photos and were blessed by the most glorious golden light while they danced in the fields. These two share a love that is both quite and sweet as well as fun and full of laughter. They were such a joy to photograph and I can't wait to see these guys in a little over a week and celebrate their wedding day!!
Nikki and Dan are tying the knot this weekend at The Hardy Farm in Fryeburg Maine and what better way to kick off the celebrations then by sharing their beautiful engagement session from last fall. Nikki took advantage of some STUNNING Rent The Runway dresses and between the beautiful fields and mountains, the perfectly coordinated outfits and of course the effervescence of their love for one another it made for one of my favorite engagements sessions to date!!! When I found out that Whitney was engaged I was so excited for her! I had photographed her senior portraits and her cousins wedding years ago. When she told me they were planning to get married in Hawaii I was secretly hoping she would take me with her. While the Hawaii plans have changed and although its a bummer not be headed somewhere tropical with them I'm pretty excited to document their big day next summer right here on the coast of Maine!
Whitney had Pine Point in mind for their engagement shoot and after battling the weather for a day that wouldn't thunderstorm on us we finally hit it just right and had a beautiful warm evening with soft pastel skies! The beach was still a little busy by sunset but it didn't seam to bother these two one bit. They were laughing and smiling the whole time, making my job easier and an absolute blast! Here are a few of my favorites :)

OK so maybe there aren't really any boys back in town but the blog is back and I thought that deserved a little song. I should start with an apology for the crazy long hiatus, that whole having a baby thing threw my life for a loop, and of course its the best possible loop ever! But now that wedding season is back and in full swing for 2015 it's long overdue for me to be posting some awesome photos for you to enjoy!!!
With this hot summer weather I thought what better way to start then a few photos from a winter engagement session that I did up at the NH Ice Castles this past March. Ashely and Ian are getting married in Boothbay Harbor at The Spruce Point Inn this September and I can not wait to spend another day with these two!! They are so much fun and have the best smiles, laughs and genuine hearts!
