Tenley and Brian had a beautiful late October wedding. The leaves hung around just long enough to give us some nice soft colors, the sun was warm and everything was picture perfect. SMAC is always one of my favorite places and when you add in a getting ready location as beautiful as the Snow Village Inn the day only gets better. With friends and family surrounding these two with love the day was everything one would hope for!!

Stone Mountain Art's Center Wedding | Jennifer & Keil

Stone Mountain Art’s Center is one of my all time favorite places. Not just for weddings but for their amazing concerts and the delicious food! Not to mention that its almost in my back yard (no joke it’s less then 5 miles from my house!). I feel so lucky when I get to photograph weddings at SMAC because I feel like I’m at home. The staff there are life long friends and, as I mentioned before, the food is the best. The best! With the post and beam barns, the beautiful fields just down the street and the warm cozy atmosphere it seems like most of the couples who choose to get married at SMAC are just my type of people. Jennifer and Keil are no different. From the very start I knew these two were going to be fun and I knew their day would be beautiful and heartfelt in every detail. They had the most perfect October day with beautiful colors and warm sun. My job just doesn’t get much better!!

Portland Maine Wedding | Kate and Andrew

Kate is a classic. A sweet, kind, beautiful person who is at her best with Andrew by her side. These two planned a beautiful wedding day that included a stop for photos at their amazing apartment complex right on the water in downtown Portland. Their love for the coast of Maine meant we found time to do portraits in two ocean side locations and their reception was at the beautiful Portland Country Club and even if a few rain drops were falling the love all around these two kept everyone warm and happy all day long!

NH Summer Camp Wedding | Ryan & John

Ryan spent her summers as a girl at Camp Huckins, a girls YMCA summer camp on the shore of Ossipee Lake in New Hampshire. When the time came to plan her wedding it just felt like the right place- full of love, laughter and perfect for a fun weekend with friends and family. Their wedding day was a scorcher- in late September we are not used to such hot weather so being by the lake and in the shade of the pine trees was perfect. There is something about a summer camp wedding that always makes me happy- maybe its the 11 years I spent at my own girls camp or just the fact that they lend themselves so well to a whole weekend and not just the wedding day or maybe it’s the mountains and the lakes and being surrounded by nature but no matter the reason Ryan and John’s wedding day was picture perfect- just scroll down to see for yourself!

Whitney's Inn Jackson, NH Wedding | Jamie & Jesse

Rain on your wedding day is said to be good luck- and I hope thats the case because Jamie and Jesse had the most beautiful wedding day- rain and all and they deserve the absolute best! These two were troopers!!! They braved the misty weather for a beautiful first look up on the hill above the inn and decided to brave the possibility of rain with an outdoor ceremony and of course it started to pour buckets and buckets just as Jamie started walking down the isle with her dad. Thankfully rain didn’t dampen anyones mood and although wet they said “I do” and the rest of the day was filled with joy and laughter and celebrations!
